Saeed Azhar Reuters  CapitaLand, Southeast Asia's biggest developer, plans to issue over S$1 billion ($693 million) worth of convertible bonds, the company said late on Thursday."The company proposes to issue S$1.1 billion in principal amount of convertible bonds and may increase the size of the issue by up to S$100 million within the next 30 days," it said in a statement.
