He was there with his wife and I'm pretty sure it was Dr Lim who applied to the SMA Admin for its use for the book launch and was reluctantly approved (how could they refuse?). If not for the donor himself, I doubt the SMA would have approved the use of its premises for such a launch of a book which puts LKY in a vbad light.
