Can someone tell me why the LEEs always fight their cases in Singapore and win them with hands down? Why not take their court battle outside Singapore for instance to Hong Kong to sue the Far Eastern Economic Review? Why everthing has to be in Singapore only? Is it because Singapore is world's litigation hub?

LKY is the biggest coward.

In pre-independence Singapore, he had to depend on the Empire forces to get rid of his opponent.

In court he was such a big coward that when it was his turn to face JBJ's QC he re-schedule it until after the QC died. Disgraceful.

In media he won't go appear on really siong interview but softly ones like Charlie Rose, he wouldn't even face BBC's Hard Talk and had to let Wooden Goh do the dirty work for him.

Anyway, I can expect he'll be looking for excuse to avoid being crossed examine and the useless court to accommodate him.
